Terms of service

By creating an account or using EventsIQ, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

EventsIQ lets businesses build lead capture forms, receive leads from their own forms and from ad platform lead forms, route each lead to destinations they choose, track paid clicks, and report conversions back to ad platforms. Features differ by plan and may change as the product develops.

• You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

• The leads, clicks and other data you collect through EventsIQ belong to you. We process them on your behalf, only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect each lead, for the notices and consents your forms and landing pages show, and for complying with the laws that apply to contacting the people in your leads, including marketing, telemarketing and data protection laws.
• When you route a lead to a destination, you are responsible for being allowed to share it there.

You must not use EventsIQ to:

• send visitors through a tracking link to malware, phishing, or deceptive or illegal content;
• disguise where a link leads, or break the policies of the ad platforms you advertise on;
• collect data from people without the notice or consent the law requires;
• send spam, or buy or sell personal data unlawfully;
• probe, overload or attack the service, or get around its limits or security;
• resell the service without our written agreement.

We may remove a link, form or campaign that breaks these rules.

When you connect Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat or another service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms and policies, which you must follow. We are not responsible for those services, for their availability, or for decisions they make about your ads or accounts.

• Paid plans are listed on our pricing page and are billed in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page.
• Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you pay where they apply. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, we may limit your account until it is paid.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other customers at risk, or that the law requires us to close. Where we can, we will tell you first. After an account is closed, we delete its data as set out in our privacy policy.

We own EventsIQ, its software and its content. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active. You keep all rights to your content and data, and you give us the permission we need to host and process it to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any lead will be accepted by a destination or any conversion credited by an ad platform.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You will defend and compensate us against claims from third parties that arise from your data, your forms and landing pages, your use of leads, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell account owners by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
